Alighting from mass launches around the country in waves of approximately 100 balloon troopers - our 16 inch tall intrepid soldiers flew high and wide to see america and go where ART might not otherwise go. Tracked online via a specialized website our troopers movements were recorded diligently in the name of ART and Science.
