Step 4:
When the press is ready, the rollers are inked with the initial color and the job is run. For multicolored work, the press is cleaned and the next color’s form is locked up into the press and steps #3 and #4 are repeated. Once the first color run is dry, the registration on the colors is checked by printing another proof and the second run is made.
